How it works
The assessment
40 questions about your real habits: sleep, nutrition, movement, cycle, stress, discipline. If you have blood data (cortisol, estradiol, progesterone, TSH), you can enter it: it refines your score. If you use a wearable, you can connect your data. Nothing is required except honesty.
